What: Workshop Themes
C0-Linux Grid Development
DOSAR is actively involved in the development of campus and regional grids using Condor pools of windows machines running Co-Linux. The Univesity of Oklahoma has taken a lead role in this effort and and other universities in the region are participating as well. We will present the work done already by DOSAR institutions, and discuss further opportunities for DOSAR to support and expand this project.Expand Non-HEP Participation in DOSAR
For DOSAR to have a major impact on our region, it must develop a user base that reaches far beyond HEP research groups. Several talks will focus on strategies to attract non-HEP individuals and groups to utilize the Grid resources that are available through DOSAR.When
The DOSAR Spring 2008 Workshop will be held April 17 - April 18, 2008. Please see the Agenda Page for a more detailed schedule.
